Deliberating, creating, analysing, and negotiating commercial contract terms
Dealing with any unanticipated expenses
Participating in site meetings to track progress
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, and site managers.
Ensuring that construction projects adhere to agreed-upon technical specifications
Communicating with technical and financial personnel, subcontractors, legal teams, and the clients representatives
Writing, evaluating, negotiating executing contracts covering a range of transactions.
Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers/contractors and customers.
Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
Communicating and resenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts.
Monitoring Contracts and moving with close- out, extension or renewal of contracts.
Problem Solving Contract related issues.
Development cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.
Manage multiple bids and perform as liaison between estimation team and vendor.
Maintain and ensure bid format meet client standards. Evaluate customers request for tendour / Bid/ Quotations / RFPs documents.
Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.
Coordinate bid inputs from all organisational departments.
Coordinates with bid subcontractors to receive inputs on pricing on labour, materials and other costs.
Participate pre and post bid meetings as required.
To actively participate in the management of various tenders.
To review and complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications.
To perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in timely manners.
To closely monitors the result of the tenders and updates them in the tender register.
