Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Contract Review & Negotiation:



o Thoroughly review, analyse, and interpret all contractual documents (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Amendments) from a legal perspective, identifying potential risks, liabilities, and obligations.

o Critically evaluate and negotiate commercial terms, including but not limited to pricing structures, payment schedules, payment terms, incentives, penalties, and service level agreements (SLAs), to ensure alignment with company.

o Collaborate closely with legal counsel, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts are legally sound, commercially viable, and operationally executable.

o Draft, redline, and finalize contract terms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.

Tender/RFP Response Management:



o Lead the review and interpretation of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Tenders, and other client solicitations, identifying key client requirements, legal stipulations, and commercial implications.

o Coordinate with relevant internal teams and gather accurate and comprehensive information for tender responses.

o Ensure all responses are compliant with the client's specifications, accurately reflect our capabilities, and present our commercial offerings clearly and competitively.

o Maintain a repository of accurate and up-to-date information, standard clauses, and previous responses to facilitate efficient and consistent tender submissions.

Client Onboarding & Contract Administration:



o Oversee the efficient and accurate onboarding of new clients onto the company's CRM system.

o Accurately input and maintain all contract details, key dates, commercial terms, and compliance requirements within the designated contract management tool/system.

o Ensure proper archiving and accessibility of all executed contracts and related documentation.

o Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract interpretation and terms.

Digitization, Automation, and AI Initiatives:



o Drive the adoption and optimization of digital tools and platforms across all contractual processes, from initial review to final archiving.

o Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks within contract lifecycle management, including data entry, document routing, and reminder notifications.

o Develop and maintain expertise in relevant legal tech and AI tools to continuously improve contract management workflows and reporting.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Law. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPCM, PMP related to contracts) is a plus.

4 - 8 years of progressive experience in contract management, commercial management, legal counsel, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on contract review and negotiation.

Proven experience in responding to Tenders/RFPs, particularly from a commercial and contractual standpoint.

Solid understanding of contract law principles, commercial terms, and risk mitigation strategies.

Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
