Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Contract Manager

to oversee the

full contract management cycle

--from quotation analysis and vendor comparison, through negotiation, to final rate fixation. The ideal candidate must bring strategic thinking, strong negotiation capabilities, and a hands-on approach to contract execution and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end contract lifecycle

for construction projects. Float and analyze

quotations

from vendors/subcontractors for technical and commercial comparison. Lead

negotiations

and finalize competitive and compliant rates and terms. Draft and review contracts ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and alignment with project goals. Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Projects, Legal, and Finance. Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Identify and mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes efficiently. Maintain documentation and contract records in a systematic and accessible manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Law. Minimum

7+ years

of relevant experience in

contract management within the construction sector

. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement practices, and commercial terms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
