Infrastructure and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects
. The candidate will be responsible for handling contractor agreements, overseeing execution quality, and coordinating with site teams for smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all contractor-related activities across project sites.
Ensure contractors follow safety norms, timelines, and project quality standards.
Review and verify contractor bills, work orders, and progress reports.
Assist in contractor selection, negotiation, contract preparation, and work allocation.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers.
Resolve contractor-related issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Civil Engineer (Diploma/Degree)
OR Any Graduate
10-15 years of experience in
Infra / EPC projects
, with strong contractor & contract management exposure.
Strong understanding of civil execution, site coordination, and contract compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites (Pune & Mumbai) and work under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
?50,000 - ?1,00,000 per month (based on experience).
Travel allowance as per company policy.
