Preparing, reviewing, and administering all contractual documentation related to ongoing projects. The role ensures that all contracts are executed in line with company policies, client requirements, and applicable legal standards while safeguarding the organization's commercial interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and subcontracts in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments and clients for contract execution, amendments, and clarifications.
Maintain a comprehensive record of all contractual correspondence, documentation, and approvals.
Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Support management in negotiation of contract terms, conditions, and commercial clauses with clients and vendors.
Prepare contract summaries and key highlights for internal review and management approval.
Assist in the evaluation and processing of variations, extensions, and claims.
Coordinate the closure of contracts upon completion, ensuring proper documentation and handover.
Ensure adherence to statutory and contractual obligations, including insurance, guarantees, and certifications.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Commerce / Law / Business Administration or equivalent.
5-8 years of experience in contract administration or commercial functions, preferably in fabrication, EPC, or infrastructure industry.
