Job Description

Requirements:
1. Education: BE or B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
2. Contract Management Course: Contract Management course from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research) is preferable.
3. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
4. Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
2. Contract Review and Negotiation: Review and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including laws, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including monitoring performance, managing variations, and resolving disputes.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, ensuring minimal impact on the project.
6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports, including contract documents, variations, and performance reports.
