Responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance. Acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders to resolve contract issues and maintain alignment with organizational objectives and policies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings to understand the needs and objectives for new contracts.
Prepare contract drafts thoroughly, propose necessary changes, and facilitate discussions for mutual agreement.
Escalate critical contract-related issues, coordinating discussions among all involved parties.
Engage in direct negotiations with clients, vendors, or partners to establish favourable terms.
Establish and document the contract approval hierarchy, ensuring internal stakeholder approvals are in place.
Coordinate the collection of signatures from all relevant parties involved in the contract.
Monitor key contract dates and set reminders to ensure timely renewals or terminations.
Review contracts for legal and policy compliance, monitoring and enforcing adherence to contractual obligations.
