Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

: Oversee and manage all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Documentation

: Prepare, review, and update contracts and project documents using AutoCAD and MS-Office.

Coordination

: Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate timely project completions and resolve any contract-related issues.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office, AutoCAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 8-9 years of experience in contract management within the real estate industry.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in MS-Office and AutoCAD is essential.

Leadership

: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
