Designation: Contract Engineer

Location : Andheri (Head Office)

Years Of Experience: 3-4 Years

Qualification : B.E. Civil

Industry : Real Estate Developer

Job Profile:

1. 3+ years in medium to large contracting / development cell of corporate group.

2. Must have sound knowledge of construction; procurement contracting practices.

3. Thorough understanding of materials used in construction of warehousing/industries.

4. Hands on knowledge of latest trends and practices.

5. Should have a knowledge of ERP operations.

6. Excellent written; oral communication skills.

7. Excellent in drafting of contracts, work orders and purchase orders.

8. Should be good at preparing accurate; timely reports for management review.

9. Should be a good team player.

10. Computer savvy

11. Willing to work hard and contribute in the company's growth

12. Should be able to support in preparing budgets and managing budget

13. Shall support project managers in contract administration

14. Shall travel to project locations as when required,

15. Should be seeking a long career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
