Urgent Job Opening for

Contracts Engineer

Location: Pune

:

We are looking for a Contracts Engineer with 5+ years of experience in managing engineering and construction contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and compliance, especially in infrastructure or EPC projects.

Must have experience in Residential building and (high rise) construction. Must have experience in contracting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Detail study of tender documents, Preparation of pre-bid points, scrutinizing various general and special terms & condition of the contract.

Preparation of rate analysis of all civil items for the tender bid process

Preparation of tender and contract documents including BOQs.

Preparation of site overheads for the tender bid.

Prepare and finalize the cost estimate. Maintain all files and data related to project.

Quantity surveying of architectural, structural (including BBS) MEP works. Cross check it by preparing constant sheets.

Preparation of green schedule (budget) for the awarded contracts.

Calling for quotations from the contractors, taking quotations, negotiations & making comparative statements.

Coordinate with various design teams during the tender bid process.

Quantity surveying & rate analysis of precast structural members
