We are looking for an experienced

SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant

to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects within the SAP RE-FX module and good integration knowledge with FI/CO

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end implementation and support activities for SAP RE-FX. Configure and customize RE-FX functionalities including lease contracts, real estate objects, valuations, and postings. Work closely with finance teams to ensure seamless integration with FI/CO. Perform requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and user training. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to RE-FX. Collaborate with business users and technical teams for change requests and enhancements. Support period-end and year-end closing activities related to real estate management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX module. Strong knowledge of contract management, real estate master data, valuation, and accounting processes. Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation. Good understanding of integration with FI/CO, AA, and PM modules. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.

Good to Have:

Exposure to S/4HANA environment. Experience in migration projects or data conversion for RE-FX. Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Real Estate Management.
