JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Customer Support Intern

The primary purpose of this role is to-


Provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email) Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems. Maintain log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff Skills Excellent communication skills Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ready to work in US shifts in 24x7 operational Support environment. Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring would be an added advantage.

Qualifications- - Bachelor's Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience or an undergrad appearing for the last semester



Experience- -

Typically requires 0-1 experience

with a demonstrated competence in functional or technical troubleshooting of the assigned products.



Travel requirements- - Minimal



Working arrangements-


Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards

Able and willing to work on 'shifts' or to be on an 'after hours' rotation.
