& Group Wide Settings.
Experienced in loading master data like Service Teams, Skills, Associating Expertise.
Strong experience in customization like Dispatch Console Configuration, DC Field update,
Strong experience in Generating Service Reports and Service Quotes.
Understanding of best practices for integration and in-house systems
Strong knowledge & experience in using code repositories & code deployment tools.
Experience in working with AGILE and SCRUM
