Job Description
. Ivoice is a billing application that is a part of the AT&T integrated client support process. It belongs to Billing and Account Maintenance (BAM) family of applications. Ivoice supports billing for managed services for both domestic and international clients. Ivoice accommodates the consolidation of charges from many disparate sources and provides a customized bill, electronic files, and assorted outputs. Ivoice assigns billing cycles, sites, and services at the Client level. This is very different than typical billing systems where many clients are lumped together in each cycle. The flexibility of this type of client setup has contributed to Ivoice success as a billing system Focus on application maintenance, monitoring databases and application.
- Ensure prompt resolution of critical issues in compliance to SLA parameters.
- Involved in estimation, design & implementation of change requests/ enhancements including configuration, build & release of applications in production/ test environments.
- Coordinate activities related to Incident Management, creation of user case (business requirement solution), macro ((Technical solution) & micro (Low level design) document.
- Function as Enhancements Coordinator & SME.
- Conduct feasibility study, prepare project designs, develop code including testing & deployment, pre study, redesigning of database.
