The primary purpose of the Recruitment Specialist role is to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Contract to Hire positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates while maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Contract to Hire positions.
Source high-quality profiles using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for multiple roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.
Must Haves:
2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in Contract to Hire staffing.
Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other online platforms.
Strong networking skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
Previous experience in IT staffing.
