Job summary




Manager - Contract Management


The Contract Manager will oversee the management of contracts costs and budgets for the real estate construction function within the Real Estate group of an IT services company. This role involves creating and managing contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. Additional Responsibility of acting as PMO for the CREWS DPM Vertical





Responsibilities




Contract Management: Craft evaluate and execute a wide variety of contracts covering different transactions. Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial plans.

Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations company policies and industry standards. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and disputes and implement strategies to mitigate them. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain relationships with suppliers clients and project teams serving as the primary point of contact for contract related matters. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all contract related correspondence and documentation. Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. Preparing budget Budget reports and financial forecasts.

Monitoring project budgets .


Working closely with leadership to understand and control costs.


Prepare Weekly / monthly cost reports


Coordinating and implementing audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Align with internal AP and external Auditors


Presenting cost analysis results to management and making recommendations.


Coordinate with Vendors on invoice related queries resolve the same in line with company policies with 3rd party auditors and AP


Provide leadership with weekly monthly status update Dashboards on Project status not limited to financial status


Liase with 3rd party cost consultant to drive report submissions of individual projects


Act as a PMO for CREWS DPM. Admin functions for e.g initiator/ 1st check Approval Leaves expenses Hiring Procurement of Low Volume purchases


Strong understanding of construction codes rules and regulations.


Excellent negotiation problem-solving and leadership skills.


Strong communication and client management abilities.


Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Proficiency in MS Project / Auto Cad and contract management software.


Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Contract Management or a related field.


A Masters degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory.





Certifications Required




Professional certifications such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM) Contract Management Certification Certified Contract Specialist (CCS) or Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM)
