JOB DESCRIPTION OF Contract Manager Purpose of This Role: - To manage all aspects of contract life cycle. Major Responsibilities: - \xc2\xa7 Draft, review, and revise contracts, including master service agreements, purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents as needed. \xc2\xa7 Identify potential risks and liabilities associated with contractual agreements and propose mitigation strategies to protect the organization\'s interests. \xc2\xa7 Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the contract duration. \xc2\xa7 Overlook commercial aspects including providing PBG/ABG, raising timely bills and following up for payments from clients \xc2\xa7 Manage Technical aspects of the contract like Final GFC receipt /Concept & System Sub / Approvals / Shop Drg Sub / Approvals \xc2\xa7 Coordination with team and vendors for finalization of Material makes / colour / specifications \xc2\xa7 To execute the Construction Schedule / Site handover priority wise for survey & execution. \xc2\xa7 Changes in design / specs / materials should be intimated to all along with cost and time impact. \xc2\xa7 Monitor finalization of procurement and execution lots with priority \xc2\xa7 All of the above should be inline with the tender schedule. In case of any delays in approvals / clearances, same should be duly noted and circulated to all. In case of delay at our side also it is to be noted and circulated to all with a mitigation plan wherever possible. \xc2\xa7 Keep a proper record of each project progress in the form of MOMs, pictures etc to be able to review whenever required Technical Skills and Experience Requirements: - 1. Experience in construction/facades handling a similar profile for minimum of 10++ years 2. Proficient in MS Excel and Word and MS projects 3. Contract law background and knowledge will be an asset. Understanding of contract law principles, including contract formation, interpretation, and enforcement. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements is essential to ensure contracts meet legal standards. 4. Impeccable writing and communication skills to draft and reply to notices and contractual letters Education Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering or \xc2\xb7 Law degree specializing in Contracts in the construction/ facade field.
