Drafting and Reviewing Contracts:
Preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and meet company standards.
Negotiation:
Negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Execution:
Overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring all parties adhere to the terms.
Compliance:
Ensuring contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Risk Management:
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documentation.
Stakeholder Management:
Communication:
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related matters.
Relationship Building:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients, and other parties involved in contracts.
Collaboration:
Working collaboratively with other departments, such as legal, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth contract execution.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitoring Contract Performance:
Monitoring contract performance and ensuring that all parties are meeting their obligations.
Reporting:
Preparing reports and providing updates on contract status to management.
Issue Resolution:
Identifying and resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
