Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Contract Manager - Export

with

10+ years of experience

in handling international contracts, especially for

ROW and Latin American markets

. The candidate should have strong expertise in export documentation, international trade regulations, and compliance with regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate

export and distribution contracts

for ROW and Latin American countries. Ensure compliance with

local regulatory requirements

, commercial laws, and INCOTERMS. Coordinate with legal, sales, finance, and logistics teams for smooth contract execution. Manage contract lifecycle: tracking, renewals, obligations, and risk mitigation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

Latin America and ROW market regulations

, including MoH guidelines. Support audits, internal reviews, and resolve contract-related disputes or queries.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Law / Business / International Trade (LLB preferred).

10+ years

of relevant experience in contract management, with a focus on

exports and international markets

. In-depth understanding of

ROW and LATAM regulatory and legal frameworks

. Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract drafting skills. Familiarity with export documentation, customs, INCOTERMS, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or FMCG Experience working with distributors or partners in Latin America / ROW regions
