Role:
Contract Management (LMS) Business Analyst & System Implementation Engineer
Skill requirements:
Detailed functional knowledge CM: (MBM) leasing processes / Automotive captive finance
Accounting: Accounting rules, posting logic, Payment handling
Understanding and knowledge of the blueprint setup and country specifics
Strong business analyst methodology skills
Accounting specific knowledge Defining and explaining Chart of Accounts
Creation and maintenance of General Ledger, Sub ledgers
Posting logic for different stages in a life cycle of a product - IFRS and Local postings
Defining the General accounts for different service types - Accounting Matrix
Journal codes creation
Asset Management - which includes asset generation, realization, depreciation, cancellation etc. - linear or interest based
Defining of VAT codes and VAT rates to be used
Automation of accounting postings and rules - Auto Posting Template
Support on period closure and reporting , e.g. SAF T reporting for Portugal
Must to have GAAP Accounting standard knowledge
Exposure to IRFS standards
Hands on experience on Lending LOS and LMS products such as Flexcube / Ascent / Miles or similar industry products
Experience with the automotive sector, digital transformation in mobility, and managing vehicle-related data/contracts
Very good communication skills
Team player
Jira and Confluence knowledge
Activities to be performed:
Business Analyst Methodology competencies
Requirements Engineering: Translating business needs into coherent business specifications. Document and prioritize requirements and analyze process dependencies and maintain functional traceability.
Business Process Modeling: Analyzing as-is processes and identifying gaps. Design/Derive target business processes aligned with given capabilities and document/visualize using clear language / modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
Workshop/Meeting Facilitation: Prepare and conduct requirement gathering workshops/meetings, capturing requirements and action items for follow-up. Manage stakeholder expectations and build consensus.
Gap Analysis: Comparing business needs with blueprint / existing processes and system landscape. Identify architectural and functional gaps and/or suggest process changes/improvements.
Change & Risk Management: Assess impact of changes on business operations. Manage and align dependencies. Support organizational readiness and adoption.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Support test plan creation and UAT and integration testing execution. Coordinate defect management and resolution.
Activities to be performed:
Create solution design in alignment with System Architect
Implement configurations based on solution designs.
Create solution notes documenting configured solutions.
Provide immediate feedback to the test team.
Support the test team in quality assurance.
Participate in QA activities to ensure high standards.
Review the current blueprint implementation in accordance with the documentation.
Develop a framework to collect market-specific requirements.
Identify gaps and white-spots within the blueprint relevant to the market.
Collect and consolidate requirements submitted by the market.
Detect shortcomings in the blueprint implementation.
Establish standardization guidelines.
Assess the feasibility of standardizing requirements by comparing blueprint functionalities with market-specific needs.
Examine and document high-level feature specifications and their impact on existing processes.
Support feature review and approval process.
Extract and align user stories based on the identified features.
Define acceptance criteria derived from user stories.
Hand-over user stories to the implementation team (developers).
Support in the creation of test cases and support test execution activities.

Validated Blueprint Compliance - Confirmed alignment of implementation with documented standards.
Gap & White-Spot Report Produced - Comprehensive analysis of missing or incomplete blueprint areas.
Consolidated Requirement Set - Unified and harmonized requirements from all markets finalized.
Standardization Guidelines Issued - Clear rules for aligning processes and requirements published.
Feasibility Assessment Completed - Determination of standardization viability documented.
Feature Impact Summary - High-level specifications and process implications captured.
Approved Feature List - Features reviewed and formally endorsed for implementation.
Aligned User Story Package - Complete set of user stories mapped to features delivered.
Acceptance Criteria Documented - Measurable conditions for feature completion defined.
User Stories handed-over - Stories handed over to development for execution.
Test Case Suite Supported - Test scenarios prepared and validated for execution

Comprehensive Miles solution design.
Detailed Miles solution notes documenting configurations.

Qualifikationen
Education Qualification/Certification:
B.Tech / B.E
MBA in Finance
Preferred but not mandatory
Qualified Charter Accountant from a reputed institute
Sofico Functional and/or Configuration certificate
