Are you passionate about managing contracts? Then this is the role you should apply! We are seeking a motivated and diligent Procurement Contract Maintenance Analyst to join our team in Pune. As a Contract Maintenance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Category Managers in the drafting, signature, storage, and management of contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). This position is responsible for maintenance of contracts including, but not limited to, the development, auditing, validation, implementation, management, maintenance, administration and recording of contracts in compliance with company guidelines. Ariba Contract Management i.e. Ariba Contract Work Spaces (ACWS) is an end-to-end solution crafted for creation, execution and management of any type of contractual agreement.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective administration of procurement contracts and NDAs, while maintaining compliance with legal.

What will you be doing?

  • Facilitate the end-to-end process of procurement contracts, ensuring timely review, negotiation, and execution.
  • Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), leading all aspects of their drafting, distribution, and execution in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Provide support to internal collaborators in understanding contract and NDA processes
  • Maintain a detailed storage and retrieval system for all completed contracts and NDAs
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for contract-related queries.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with legal professionals, and internal teams involved in the contract lifecycle. c
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of contract and NDA records, addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Generate reports on contract status, NDA usage, and storage metrics for management review.
What you will need to be successful?
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, Procurement, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience of 2-3 years as a Contract Administrator, Contract Specialist, or in a similar role, preferably within a procurement or legal environment.
  • Experience in SAP ARIBA is good to have!
  • Solid understanding of contract terms, legal language, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to optimally communicate sophisticated concepts and negotiate contract terms.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Take initiative, and exercise good judgment in decision-making.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and knowledge of global supply chain dynamics is a plus.
  • Professional certifications related to contract management or procurement would be an advantage.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
