Job Description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your management expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.

Your Role

To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse through coordinating a specific team of contract logistics specialists.

Your Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7

To assess workloads within the allocated team + allocate resources adequately on a daily basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 To complete duties relating to warehousing activities + attend to direct reports\' HR issues such as absence,
attendance, sick leave etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) + ensure your teams deliver against their KPI.
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure that all company equipment + assets are handled + operated in a responsible manner at all times.
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure that all team members are compliant with all health + safety policies/processes at all times.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Approx. 5 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Post graduate from a recognized university in Supply Chain.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset\xe2\x80\x93 sense of urgency and proactive communication.
