JOB ROLE : CLM
JOB LOCATION :KOLKATA~HYDERABAD~BANGALORE
JD : Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign problems.
Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign) platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/ DocuSign) data structures and processes.
Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign) platform issues, and best practices.
