1) Finalization of Primarily negotiated Contractor as per site requirement through highrise.
2) Finalization of Contractor Scope of Work as per Drawing, Design & Specifications.
3) Checking of Contractors' quoted rate comparison with primary negotiation.
4) In-house Rate analysis with current market rates.
5) Finalization of Contractors' Work Order.
6) Take Approval of Work Order from the Management.
7) Follow up with the Contractors for Work commencement.
8) Reconciliation of contractor bills for work order amendment.
9) Verification of Contractor Work order / MIS report.
10) Smooth Co-ordination with Site In charge, Estimation Department, Account Department, Etc.
11) Co-ordination with a contractor for new work as well as the existing one.
12) Verification of Monthly Progress Report
