Contract Drafting and Review

: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure terms are accurate, compliant, and favorable to the company.

Contract Administration

: Administer all contracts to ensure that they remain valid and are updated as necessary, including changes and modifications.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks associated with contracts and offer strategic solutions or alternative strategies to mitigate these risks.

Compliance Monitoring

: Ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled by both parties and that project milestones and deliverables are met on time.

Stakeholder Communication

: Liaise between the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure clear understanding and implementation of contract terms.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, Contract Manager

Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-7 years of experience in contract management within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CCMP, CPCM) Experience with project management software tools
