We are hiring a proactive and well-organized

Contractor Coordination Executive

to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding contractors, managing documentation and compliance, and ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, senior staff, and management.

This role is best suited for professionals with hands-on experience in civil, construction, or real estate projects who possess strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors for new and ongoing projects Coordinate with multiple contractors involved in civil, construction, and real estate works Manage contractor-related documentation, agreements, GST, and compliance requirements Act as a liaison between contractors, senior staff, and management Schedule and coordinate meetings with contractors and internal teams Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution Support senior management with coordination, reporting, and documentation Assist with project-related administrative and coordination tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

2 to 7 years of relevant experience in civil / real estate / construction projects Strong understanding of contractor coordination and management Working knowledge of GST, legal documentation, and compliance processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred)
