Contract Administration Executive (construction)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administration Executive with experience in the construction industry. The role involves reviewing and interpreting contract documents, managing contractual correspondence, and drafting formal letters to various departments and authorities based on management inputs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with contract language and handling official communication independently.

Key Responsibilities:



Review, interpret, and analyze construction contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documents Identify contractual obligations, risks, and key clauses and highlight the same to management Draft and prepare professional letters, notices, replies, and clarifications to departments, consultants, and clients based on inputs from management Handle contract-related correspondence and maintain proper documentation and records Assist management in contract administration activities such as claims, variations, extensions of time, and compliance matters Coordinate with internal teams (projects, billing, planning) to obtain information required for contractual communication Ensure all contractual communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with contract terms Maintain confidentiality of contract documents and company information

Eligibility & Experience:



2-3 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry Prior experience in handling construction contracts, tenders, or project documentation Exposure to government / departmental correspondence will be an advantage

Skills & Competencies:



Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret complex contract language and clauses Excellent drafting and written communication skills Good understanding of construction terminology, processes, and documentation High attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good time management and organizational skills

Other Requirements:



Must have own laptop Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication Willingness to work closely with management and project teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
