Main Purpose of Role:




To ensure required coverage and contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of internal training systems, support processes owned by Global Business Services as part of a talent pool.

Role Accountabilities:



Complete available training for assigned processes owned by Global Business Services As part of talent pool, provide coverage as needed for teams supporting assigned processes Identify opportunities for training/knowledge transfer process improvements and, partnering with Global Process Owners, prioritize, document, and submit opportunities to appropriate teams

Functional/Business skills



Microsoft Office applications Exposure to tech/AI-supported training systems preferred

Essential Knowledge / Experience



Bachelor's degree in technology-related discipline (CI automation, Tech AI or similar) Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills; attention to detail Ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goal Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, including providing stakeholder updates and communications Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders .
