Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced

Continuous Improvement

to join our team in Chennai Location The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Coordinate and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across departments to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Conduct KPI reviews, analyze performance data, and support management with actionable insights. Support and participate in

ISO audits,

including preparation, documentation, internal audits, and closure of audit findings.

Technical Skills Required

Skilled Microsoft 360 tools (Excel, Word & Power point, Outlook) Knowledge of

Lean

principles Root Cause Analysis tools Ability to run Continuous Improvement HSE, IQA, Green Hub Projects Process mapping and workflow optimization KPI tracking and performance monitoring Data analysis & problem-solving capability Understanding of operational excellence methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel locally and overseas/ Passport is mandatory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
