Purpose of the role





As a Contingent Workforce Program Operations Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for hiring managers, guiding them to find the perfect contingent talent to fuel their teams and drive innovation. You'll leverage your expertise and the power of Workday VNDLY to manage the engagement process, ensuring we attract top talent, maintain compliance, and achieve our business goals. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



Engagement Lifecycle Management:

Orchestrate the full contingent worker engagement lifecycle within Workday VNDLY, from requisition to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and compliant process.

Strategic Consulting:

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, understanding their contingent talent needs and recommending effective strategies aligned with business objectives.

VMS Data Management & Analysis:

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within the Workday VNDLY system. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, optimize program performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Vendor Relationship Excellence:

Cultivate strong relationships with supplier partners, providing consultative process support, while monitoring their performance against key metrics, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Program Innovation:

Lead and contribute to special projects focused on enhancing program maturity, such as implementing new vendor management system (VMS) functionalities, streamlining processes, and improving the overall user experience.

Continuous Improvement & Global Alignment:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the contingent workforce program to enhance efficiency and optimize performance. Collaborate closely with the Global CWM Program Management Office to implement and maintain global program management standards, processes, and tools, and contribute to the identification and implementation of global enhancements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS





Minimum education- Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience working within a contingent workforce program, preferably within a large organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law related to employees, contingent workers preferred. Preferred Proficiency in using Workday VNDLY (or another global VMS) for requisition management, time tracking, and reporting.
