Purpose of the role





The CWM Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) Program. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of contingent workers, managing inquiries through the ServiceNow Case Management system, and performing system updates in Workday VNDLY. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



Onboarding Support:

+ Manage and execute the onboarding process for contingent workers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. + Coordinate with hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
+ Monitor and track the progress of onboarding tasks, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
+ Support equipment provisioning and system access request processes, leveraging both manual and automated methods.

ServiceNow Case Management:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries submitted through the ServiceNow Case Management form. + Triage and categorize inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
+ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
+ Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of common questions and solutions.

Workday VNDLY System Updates:

+ Perform system updates in both the EWM (External Workforce Management) and SOW (Statement of Work) modules of Workday VNDLY. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations.
+ Identify and resolve system-related issues, escalating to the appropriate technical teams as needed.
+ Support the implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.

Continuous Improvement:

+ Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the CWM program. + Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions.
+ Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key tasks.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in contingent workforce management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Education:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

+ 2+ years of experience in administrative support, HR, or a related field. + Experience with contingent workforce management processes and systems preferred.
+ Familiarity with Workday VNDLY or similar vendor management systems is a plus.

Skills:

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Continuous improvement mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS





Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the US, Canada, and India. Experience with Workday VNDLY. Experience with ServiceNow Case Management system.
