Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes as per menu and standards.
Assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor food portions and reduce wastage.
Support junior staff through training and guidance.
Follow HACCP and food safety regulations.
Contribute to menu planning and new dish development when required.
