We are seeking an experienced Continental Chef to handle the preparation and presentation of continental cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Andheri west
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations and timely service
Assist in menu planning, costing, and new dish development
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Follow SOPs and comply with FSSAI and company guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
