We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Continental Commis I to join our hotel's kitchen team. The role includes assisting in food preparation, cooking continental dishes, and maintaining kitchen standards. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes as per hotel standards.
Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Support daily mise-en-place and station preparation.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Follow instructions from CDP, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
Assist in plating, garnishing, and food presentation.
Support kitchen operations during a la carte, buffet, and banquet service.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly.
Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking methods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.
Salary
?22-23,000 CTC per month
