Assist senior chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
Prepare mise-en-place (cutting vegetables, marination, sauces, etc.) for the continental section.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area as per kitchen standards.
Follow instructions from CDP and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Learn and understand recipes, portion control, and plating standards.
Assist in storage and labeling of ingredients properly.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines (FSSAI standards).
Support the team during busy service hours.
