Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality
continental dishes
as per standard recipes
Ensure
taste, portion control, and presentation

Maintain
kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
as per guidelines
Plan and assist in
menu preparation and innovations
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations
Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours
Follow SOPs related to
food safety, cleanliness, and equipment handling
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Continental Chef
or similar role
Knowledge of continental cuisine (Italian, French, European basics, etc.)
Understanding of
food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Team player with good coordination skills
