Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality continental cuisine as per menu and guest preferences.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Manage inventory and ensure minimal wastage.
Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
Supervise and train kitchen staff when required.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Continental Chef
in a restaurant or hospitality setup.
Strong knowledge of various continental cuisines and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred.
