Assist in preparing

Continental dishes

(soups, sauces, grills, pasta, salads, starters) Follow

recipes and portion standards

as instructed by Chef de Partie Handle

food preparation

: chopping, marinating, basic cooking Maintain

kitchen hygiene & food safety standards

(HACCP) Ensure proper

storage of ingredients

(FIFO method) Clean and maintain

workstation and kitchen equipment

Support senior chefs during

service hours

Minimize

food wastage

Follow

hotel/restaurant SOPs


Qualifications



Diploma / Certificate in

Hotel Management or Culinary Arts

(preferred) Fresher or

1-2 years of experience

in Continental kitchen
