A Continental Chef specializes in preparing and presenting dishes from various European cuisines, such as French, Italian, and Mediterranean. They are responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and presentation in their dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations. Their duties include menu planning, ingredient selection, and supervising junior chefs.
