Key Responsibilities
Take complete responsibility for day-to-day Continental kitchen operations.
Execute and maintain consistency in Continental menu items including
Pasta, Pizza, Burgers, Sandwiches, All-Day Breakfast, and Snacks
.
Supervise, train, and guide commis chefs and kitchen staff.
Plan kitchen workflow to ensure timely and smooth service during operations.
Coordinate closely with
Bakery, Service, and Purchase teams
for seamless operations.
Ensure strict adherence to
food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Control food cost, minimize wastage, and maintain inventory.
Handle customer feedback related to food and take corrective actions when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Head Chef or Senior Continental Chef
.
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage peak-hour service.
Preferred Experience
Experience in cafes, casual dining restaurants, hotels, or QSR concepts.
