Continental Commis II / I

to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook continental cuisine as per standard recipes and menu specifications. Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet hotel standards. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols. Support kitchen team during busy operations and banquets.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as Commis II or I in a reputed hotel or restaurant. Strong knowledge of continental dishes and cooking techniques. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
