Menu and recipe development:
Develop and innovate authentic recipes, plan menus (including seasonal specials), and ensure dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
Kitchen management:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and maintain proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Inventory and cost control:
Manage inventory of ingredients, order supplies as needed, monitor stock levels, and minimize food wastage and costs.
Hygiene and safety:
Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with all health and sanitation regulations.
