Altruist Hotel, Kondapur is seeking a skilled and dedicated Continental Chef (Commis 1 / Commis 2) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of continental dishes and be committed to maintaining high kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental cuisine such as pastas, grills, salads, and sauces Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes Follow kitchen safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations Keep workstations clean and organized Monitor inventory and report stock shortages

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen Good understanding of continental cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
