Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental cuisine (pasta, grilled items, sauces, salads, etc.)
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations and mise-en-place
Maintain freshness, taste, and quality of ingredients
Work efficiently during peak service hours
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Continental kitchen
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and portion control
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with the ability to follow instructions and multitask
Salary:
Up to ₹22,000 per month
