Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook
continental dishes
(pasta, pizza, sandwiches, grills, salads, etc.)
Maintain consistency in
taste, portioning, and presentation
Follow standard recipes and food safety guidelines
Manage daily kitchen operations for the continental section
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
Monitor stock usage and minimize food wastage
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
Assist in menu planning and new dish development
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
continental cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment
Good time management and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Creativity and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Certification in Culinary Arts preferred
2-5 years of experience as a
Continental Chef / Conti Chef
Cafe or casual dining experience is an advantage
