Experienced Continental Chef

for our restaurant operations in Chennai. Candidates with

minimum 3 years of experience in Continental cuisine

and who are

immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook

Continental cuisine

including Italian dishes, pastas, sauces, grills, salads, and appetizers Maintain

food quality, taste, and presentation standards

Ensure

kitchen hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance

Handle

kitchen operations

, inventory control, and food cost management Follow

SOPs, HACCP, and safety guidelines

Coordinate with

restaurant kitchen team

for smooth service

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years experience

as a

Continental Chef / Senior Continental Chef

Strong knowledge of

Continental cooking techniques

Experience in

restaurant / hotel / QSR kitchen

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 - ?40,000 per month
