Continental Chef

to join our culinary team in Chennai and help elevate our menu with authentic and innovative continental dishes.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes (e.g., Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.) with consistency and quality. Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety are maintained in the kitchen at all times. Assist in planning and designing new continental menu items. Monitor kitchen inventory, control food costs, and ensure efficient stock management. Train and guide junior kitchen staff in continental cuisine techniques and plating. Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B team to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain culinary excellence. Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.

Key Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Continental Chef or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of continental cooking methods, ingredients, and presentation. Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred. Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts if required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,665.54 - ₹39,936.19 per month
