Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality continental cuisine.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
Develop new dishes and menus in collaboration with the Head Chef.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, ordering as required.
Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Adapt dishes for special dietary requirements when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role.
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.).
Culinary degree or professional training is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
