Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook items on the cafe menu including: Gourmet

burgers

with various fillings and sauces A range of

pasta dishes

(white sauce, red sauce, pesto, etc.) Handcrafted

pizzas

with fresh toppings and homemade sauces Ensure all food is prepared fresh and presented attractively. Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and quality. Assist in daily kitchen operations including prep work, inventory, and cleanliness. Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards (as per FSSAI or local regulations). Coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely order delivery.
