We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Supervise and train Commis chefs within your section.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
Ensure timely execution of prep and service tasks during peak hours.
Collaborate with Sous Chef and other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize wastage.
Contribute to menu development and implement new techniques or ingredients.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
Experience in high-volume kitchens or kiosk-style operations.
Exposure to protein fortification, healthy cooking, or sustainable practices.
Meals and uniform provided.
